Description: This is a vintage clear and empty glass Sparkling Salts bottle with metal cap made by J.R. Watkins in the 1940’s. The paper label has minor wear. This is a wonderful addition to any J.R. Watkins or old bottle collection. The J.R. Watkins Company was founded in 1868 and today continues to sell household products (home and health remedies as well as baking products). Many people still remember the Watkins man who came door to door in a horse-drawn wagon traveling around the countryside many decades ago.
