Description: This beautiful vintage Wassily chair, designed by Marcel Breuer, is an eclectic addition to any room. The chair is made of chrome and brown vegetable-tanned leather. Chair does not have any brand markings, but appears to be original due to continuous seams at the end of the chrome tubes. The chrome is in good condition, and could be polished up nicely to remove any signs of aging/wear. Minor signs of tarnish. The screws are slightly rusting. The leather is in overall good/fair condition with some discoloration and stains throughout as pictured. There are some very minor cracks on the edges of the leather. The stitching is intact aside from one area on the underside of the arm (see last picture). Seat leather has been replaced and is different slightly in color and patina. Photos represent quality of chair well, please review them closely and message for any additional photos wanted! We tried to capture as many details as possible, but happy to provide any other photos that may be helpful. The chair is fairly lightweight. 25.5 inches deep, 30.5 inches wide, and 29 inches tall. If shipping via ups is preferred, chair can be slightly dissembled to reduce cost. Otherwise, local pickup and buyer is responsible for arranging shipping service.
