Description: Here is a Vintage/Antique Venetian Millefiori Glass Beads beaded necklace featuring these fantastic black olive shaped beads with various murina and thick bands of avventurina. This is one classic Venetian style necklace that you don't often see. Necklace is 17" long making this a choker style necklace. There are 17 Venetian millefiori glass beads. 15 of them measure 18 mm. The other two are 8 mm and do not have murina on them. Each bead has its own pair of brass filigree bead caps. The beads are separated by 2 gold-lined seed beads. Since each bead is made one-at-a-time there is some variation in size, etc. There are no issues with the beads. They are strung on monofilament line which you can see broke at some point in this necklace's life. Though the stringing is tight I would suggest restringing it. If you chose to wear it without restringing and it breaks I will not be able to refund you. Please study the pictures carefully as they are an integral part of the description.
