I will put small loose pieces in a plastic bag to keep them from getting lost. Securely packaged. All sealed kits are presumed to be complete. Kits with parts not in sealed plastic or not in a factory sealed box are presumed to be complete but I do not check each piece against the instructions so please look at the pictures as the show everything in the box. If instructions, decals or box is missing that will be noted in the description.
