Description: 1980’s Trek 620. 57.5 cm. Stand over height is 32 1/2 inches. Velocity wheels and hubs with black spokes. Pewter frame. Nice contrast. It’s geared with an 8 speed rear cog/freewheel but the vintage rear cyclone II derailer only grabs seven out of eight gears, and does not pull far enough in to grab the tall gear. So its it’s a 21 speed and the granny gear in the front provides plenty of range. (rendering the tall gear in the rear unnecessary-plenty of work arounds if its presence bothers you). The velocity wheels are strong and smooth as silk, and the 700 x 38 tires accept a varied riding terrain. Tektro Side Pull brakes provide modern efficiency. Bar end friction shifting, flat bars and tall tech. stem create an upright riding position. Complimented by vintage fluted brake levers, Sugino AT crank Blackburn rack. Townie, burrito slayer, grocery getter, the Trek 620 makes a great all rounder or touring bike. No dings or dents or cracks. Very minimal nicks and scratches. Decals visible. No international shipping. No returns. Bicycle Kick Stand NOT included in sale.
