Description: For your consideration is this recently manufactured Football Helmet made to replicate a vintage RIDDell TK-2 helmet from 1970. This beauty is painted that beautiful Oilers blue silver color and is customized with decals and striping of the 1970 Houston Oilers. Notice the beautiful Columbia blue center stripe! The Oilers were notorious for changing helmet decor almost annually. Oil derrick decals are thin mil and positioned low on the helmet just as the Oilers wore them. This amazing specimen is customized to represent the helmet worn during that yer by George Webster by adding a vintage U-bar mask to go with the 2-bar mask. See photo of Webster for reference only and not part of the auction. Helmet also has 2-bar BD-9 style facemask appropriately positioned as shown in photos.
