(The bottom layer feels like linen, the top layer feels like chiffon…but it is polyester, rayon and cotton. I just want to give an idea of how the fabric feels!) the top layer has some areas at the hem where it has frayed at the hem. There are also a couple minor spots on the bottom layer.) It is beautiful!!!
