Description: The Fenway and Simmons (Simmons?) College (now University) is a private institution of higher learning that was established in 1889 by clothing manufacturer John Simmons for women. Its goal was to provide a Liberal arts education for undergraduate women in preparation for professional work experience. Offered for sale: a vintage (early 20th century?) unposted postcard depicting the institution. Minimal wear (mainly light browning on the back). NOTE: The lighter color at the lower left of the front of the card is caused by reflected light and not an issue with the postcard. Don't be shy; give it a try. Doc deals!
