This accessory is in Good used condition having general wear and tear from being a 40+ year old toy and also has some minor blue specks of melted rubber on the rear vertical and horizontal strap (see photos). This vest has an excess amount of rubber along the edges of the actual vest; It looks like damage but is actually a factory error done during the molding process (see photos).
