Has power, but the blade has a wobble which causes the unit to vibrate and it is very loud. The plug is in bad shape and the chord insulation is nicked. The unit will either need to be serviced or used only for display. Rust spots all over the fan. The fan sits approximately 12" high and the diameter of the cage surrounding the blade is approximately 9".
