Description: Antique sterling silver hallmarked doctors pen torch. Markings partially rubbed but looks like lion,anchor and date letter Q, 1940, makers V& ? Possibly J, as other examples are by Villiers and Jackson. Hallmarks to main body and partial marks to lid. Has some dents and wear, poss missing bit glass to protect bulb? Have tried with batteries but does not seem to work
