Size is appx 10" by 11 1/2" by 2 1/2" spine. Normal usage wear. Metal has light surface rust. Light rust to the top ring.Any cleaning choice of new owner. Light dust in hard to get places. Sold empty. Binder made in Wisconsin USA. Binder expands from (appx) 2" to 3 1/2". The plastic card holder on exterior is torn off (See 5th photo). See photos for a better idea as to condition!
