I’ve had this for 30 years don’t remember where I got it and why the ink is used and needles in tubes I do not recommend using it as they are for collecting purposes only. I can clean the ink bottle which is almost full and sterilize the needles and put back in tube at buyers request. If not they will come wrapped up safely to avoid spilling during shipping. Machine runs flawless and looks to have been used 2-3 times but everything else is still new. Look over pics and ask any questions. Comes with everything pictured.
