Description: Selling a fancy egg topper for cutting the top off your soft-boiled egg. Item is some plated steel in the shape of a gold chicken. Reverse of blade is engraved with "Lucerne", the city in Switzerland. Item was brought back from the European Grand Tour taken by an American girl in the mid 1800s. It is in excellent shape and would make a fine addition to your collection or a wonderful conversation piece at your B&B. Or....and I am just spitballing here...maybe consider actually USING the thing! A properly soft-boiled egg is a wonder.
