Description: My guess is that this may have been a sample whiskey jug to allow a person to try it to see if they wanted to buy a large sized bottle or jug of whiskey, but it could also have been for syrup too, I have a larger one like this in my store that was for that, and even has the labels on it. This one is about 4 1/2" tall, about 3 1/2" wide and about 1 1/4" thick, and is in excellent condition, see photos. Thanks for looking, please see the pottery mugs, vintage labels, old invoices and checks, documents, stocks, ephemera, and miscellaneous vintage paper and old store and warehouse stock listed in my Ebay store, items may be combined to save on shipping charges, just use the cart.
