Please look at description for the specific decanter that is associated with this listing. The item comes with all items included in the photos (Decanter, Top, Styrofoam packing, box, tags, etc. ). If the photo does not have something shown . . . it does not come with the item. The photos will serve to document the condition of the cork. Some of the corks have been broken off, some are intact, but not inserted into the bottle, some are inserted into the bottle. I have broken off several corks that were inserted into the bottles . . . so I no longer try to remove them. I also do not try to fully insert the corks if for the same reason.
