Description: The legendary Seiko "Crown" monopusher chronograph was the first Japanese chronograph created by Seiko in time to unveil at the 1964 Tokyo Olympics. Seiko was official timekeeper for those games displacing Omega. The is a stunning and truly legendary watch and you can find any number of detailed reviews, reports and guides on this watch online. This particular piece is in excellent condition especially for a 60 year old watch. The dial is in great condition but please see photos for small spots and discoloration. The stainless steel case is also in fantastic shape with no real dents and only minor scratches. Again, please see photos for detail condition. The crown and chronograph pusher both look and operate amazingly. The pusher on some other watches from this particular model are worn down but please note that the pusher on this particular watch is in excellent shape. The hands show some age but are in great shape. Please see close up photos for condition. Inside, Seiko's legendary 5717 caliber is in excellent condition. The watch is recently serviced, in perfect working condition and the chronograph operates perfectly too. The watch comes with a luxurious leather strap that is not an original Seiko.
