Description: This vintage lighter is branded for Salem Menthol Cigarettes and is by Penguin. It is being sold as is in non-working condition - that said, it may work, but I did not test or fill or fiddle with it, I leave all that to the buyer. It needs lighter fluid and a flint most certainly. The mechanism to spin the wheel to engage the flint does work and the button pushed also opens the cap. It is in good overall condition but does have wear and could use cleaning up a bit. It's been banging around in a junk drawer for a bit. Happy Shopping!
