Description: This Dietz lantern globe is 6 5/8" tall and is a No. 0 model. It has a top diameter of 2 13/16" and a bottom diameter of 3 7/16". The H stands for Hocking Glass who, through merger, became Anchor Hocking in 1937. My research indicates that this globe was made between 1937 and 1955. The condition is very good with very few light scratches. The top edge is nicely finished and has no damage. The bottom edge is roughly finished. It has a few small chips that need to be mentioned but they are insignificant in regard to use. I don't believe it's had much use. As a matter of fact, it's been sitting in an attic here in Connecticut since 1973. Look the photos over and don't hesitate to email with questions.
