Description: Vintage Ringer Single Stitch t shirt XL. Political tee promoting Riley Whitaker for House of Representatives for Alabama District 30 in approximately 1988. (He did not win). Whitaker was a basketball coach in Alabama, most notably at Trussville High School in 1965, selected as Jefferson County Coach of the year at the age of 26. He later coached at Gadsden State Community College and was then Athletic Director. He took a team to the National Junior College Championship. Eventually, he was elected to the Alabama Sports Hall of Fame and the Etowah County sports hall of fame. He passed away in 2013.
