Description: This is a Vintage Reid & Co. - Roslyn China Fine Bone China Cup and Saucer Set in the "May" Pattern. The May pattern has nice spring flowers with heavy gold accent paint. This set is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips, or crazing. The maker's mark on the bottom was used by Reid & Co. from 1937 - 1946. In 1946 Reid & co. became Roslyn China, who went out of business in 1963. The Saucer is 5 1/2" in diameter. The Cup is 2 3/4" tall. The brim is 3" in diameter. The Set weighs 9 OZ. Most of the items I sell are estate finds, and are presented to you in, as is, as found condition. They are described to the best of my knowledge. Some wear is to be expected, unless described as flawless or mint. I cannot know everything about every item I offer, I do inspect each item and list all known flaws or damage.
