Description: Vintage rare Sabatier TRUMPET 3" stainless steel blade paring & peeling knife with a full tang and 3 rivets. The knife was made in France and is 7" long overall. Sabatier Trumpet is highly regarded for their finest quality by professional chefs founded in 1888 in France. Their knives are hand crafted by skilled craftsmen with quality material to create truly superior cutlery. Their quality is among the best, but their prices are also among the very highest. It is in good condition with some light scratches, some black tarnish spots on the tip and a crack on the first rivet. These are shown highlighted in the last 3 pictures. The emblem has faded but can be read in a strong light. Also, the blade shows some wear from repeated sharpening. Please see all the pictures for more details on its condition.
