Description: Vintage Raleigh Men's & Womans Sports bicycles, 1970's 3 Speed Archer Gears Perfect tuned and ready to ride. Bikes were serviced locally at Avi Cycle in Boston and we spent $600, New front and rear tires, tubes, cables, tune up, brake pads, true wheels, adjusted derailers and hubs and receipts are copied in pictures for each bicycle. Nice Seats , Good Paint and badges. Matching cycles. Purchased down on Cape Cod out of a storage room near the Kenedy Compound. Who knows? These bikes were bought new near the birthplace of JFK in Brookline at Brookline Sales & Service on Harvard Street, less then 100 yards from his birthplace home. JFK himself could have owned these as some items in the storage locker were owned by the Kennedys. A big coincidence? Wish we had proof!!! Bikes were serviced and run perfectly, Serviced at ADIS BIKE WORLD and need nothing to have a great summer of riding. Just a bit of air in the tires. The male bike has a Suntour Honor derailer, 3 speed gears. The female bike has a Suntour GT derailer and 3 speeds also, Both made by Raleigh Bicycles, Nottingham England. The male bike has a Rampar leather seat and the female bike has an original Brooks leather seat worth over $100. Both have 26" tires, new oil free new chains, kickstands, Thuret speedometers and a 21" frame size. Bikes are at our condo near Boston College. Pick up there. We are 4.5 miles form downtown Boston.
