Description: What a fabulous and useful server. This vintage Pyrex piece is perfect for your table to serve sauces, gravy or syrups; meals or desserts....bar b que, pot roast, pancakes or ice cream. The lid snaps snuggly onto the glass server to keep the liquid stream consistent. Condition is pre-owned and most likely used but there are no chips, cracks or repairs on the glass and no damage to the plastic handle or lid top. There are some light surface scratches on the glass, but they are very hard to see. The outside of the metal top is plated gold tone and great condition; the interior of the top is silver tone and has some "spots" that look similar to water stains but will not come off. The metal band that attaches the handle shows some oxidation and the side of that band that is visible through the glass on the interior looks as though there is "rust" (photo #8 & #9).
