Description: Vintage Portmans Size XS Floral Midi Sun Dress Ruffle Hem Empire Waist 70s 80s. Pretty and feminine cotton floral dress features an empire waist from which the dress then flares out in an a-shape towards the bottom hem, which has a wide gathered ruffle. The neckline is gathered and elasticated. The thin straps are secured with a button at the front. In excellent condition- no flaws or faults to note. The size label says 8, however this is vintage sizing. The dress was too small to properly fit the size 8 AU dress form, and you can see in the photos that it was too small to be able to zip the back up. The size would better fit a size 6 AU, petite woman, or teen sizing. Measurements taken when laying flat are- Underbust (at empire waist which is approximately 32cm / 12.5” below shoulder) 32cm / 12.5” Length 113cm / 44.5” Please feel free to ask any questions.
