Overall good pre owned vintage condition. Pail is missing its handle. Some wear on black parts of face. You can see it when its lit up more. A few places of wear. It may be able to be cleaned up with a cleaning. I have not tried to clean it. No light comes with it, I just stuck a flashlight in it to show you how it would look if you wanted to use it as a blow mold type decor. Please inspect photos carefully using the zoom tool provided.
