Description: Here we have a very nice bird; a Pintail Drake duck hunting decoy, made by "GEH", having this monogram carved into the base; a carver unknown to me, circa 1972. Painted carved wood, with glass eyes. I feel it bears carving details to the Susquehanna River and Havre de Grace, MD, school of carving. More of a decorative piece, the bird is in excellent shelf-used condition, with rubs and scuffs to paint only, appropriate to its life and age, but a little dusty, and needing a clean up. (See photos for the full picture.) Measurements each = 16.5" long by 7" wide by 7" high. A small packing fee is included in shipping.
