Description: Vintage PHIL RICH Mfg. Co. WINDMAKER Metal Fan! Tested - Works! Made in USA!. Condition is Used. This fan was tested and works on all 3 settings. It has some replacement parts. I believe the cord and the screw at the bottom are both replacements. The speed knob is broken off but still turns to different settings. One of the weld on the screen on the fan has come apart. You can see the replacement parts and damage in the photos. The fan is about 26 inches tall base included.
