Description: Here is a used, but very nice, vintage pancake air filter. This style has been often seen with Chevrolets with 216 and 235 engines. Other applications may exist! It has been bead-blasted and painted black. Althougth possibly incorrect, a new AC filter sticker has been placed on top portion. This is esstially a one piece filter. The advantage of this kind, versus one with a copper, paper, etc. filter, is that you simply wash the entire unit as one when dirty! A new clamp is at bottom to secure it firmly atop carburetor.
