It has an embossed geometric pattern on the brass base, with a cut-glass clear section with a brass faux key near the top. It is meant to look like an old-fashioned oil lamp, but it is electrified. It was never an oil-burning lamp, but it has that antique look and style. It has a nice, aged brass patina with ornate embellishments. It does NOT have a shade, harp, or a finial. I am not certain who the maker is, but it looks like other Westwood Industries lamps, and I wonder if it is made by them. It measures 17" tall to the base of the socket x 5.5" wide at the glass section x 5" wide at the base. It weighs 3 lb 9 oz. It is in excellent condition. It has been tested and it does work.
