Description: Stunning Vintage- Impressionist Oil on Canvas -Looks to be a New England fishing Port Village with a boat moored in the harbor, several clam houses and a nice cove area coastline - This painting is signed lower right-hand corner "Thomas Miceli" A well-known local New England Artist - Painting measures approx. 18 X 24 I believe this to be mid 70s to early 80s you decide What’s wrong with it? The painting is in pretty good condition, with some minor issues including paint loss, dings, dents, chips, cracks, scrapes, scratches, nicked edges, smudges, and crackling.
