It has been my own personal brooch since it was purchased decades ago and always stored carefully when not being used. It was only worn on very special occasions which was fairly rare. I went over this piece with a magnifier and have not found any flaws. It is genuine sterling silver with gold plating on the hanging spoons. Please see photos for markings and condition. The circle measures approx. 1 3/8" diameter. Measurement with spoons approx. 1 1/2" x 3" weight .4 oz.
