Description: For sale is a Noritake Lidded Soup Tureen "Eire" Pattern Blue/Gold Edge with Pink Flowers. This is a beautiful dish, and really looks like a piece of art. The craftsmanship and color combination are quite beautiful. This is marked Noritake with the "M" and "Made in Occupied Japan," thereby dating the piece to 1948-1952. This is not marked "Eire," but is the "Eire" pattern (please see other listings of this pattern that are marked "Eire," as they are the same.) The tureen measures 8 1/4" in diameter. This has been extremely well cared for considering it is over 70 years old.
