So all of the background is that color then the stripe at the top and the next stripe that has the 3 white sections and the blue flowers with leaves (one side has 2 yellow and one blue and the other has one yellow with spaces and then a blue flower on each side as shown in the photos.The dimensions are in the photos, approximately 4.5 inches tall by approximately 4.5 inches at the widest part (hard to get exact with it being a vase and curved and not having any special measuring tools.
