I purchased them in the late 1970's out of a vendor dispenser at my elementary school. Never sharpened and erasers never used. Although I consider mine in relatively pristine condition, please be aware that from 40+ years of storage some may exhibit minor color bleeding, fading, nicks/pits, eraser oxidization, and/or scratches.
