The sides have an image of Niagara Falls. The underside has the Nabisco name and a copyright date of 1973. The back has a bit more product info and instructions on serving Shredded Wheat hot. Box measures about 5-1/4" wide, 3-1/4" deep and 3-1/2" high. It has a hinged lid. It has a little bit of shelf wear and some very small spots of discoloration. Overall, it is in quite nice condition considering it's age. I was able to clean the interior a little more after taking the photos. Buyer agrees to add shipping (inventory code 25 - 24.8)
