Description: VINTAGE Blanc de Chine Porcelain Goddess Figurine NAPCO JAPAN, depicting Kwan Yin holding a jar - very unusual! About 7 1/4" tall, original Napco foil sticker on the underside. Most of the Kwan Yin figurines I've seen show her holding a lotus blossom - on this one, she is shown standing with a water jar, said to contain pure water, the divine nectar of life, compassion and wisdom. This lovely figurine is in Excellent pre-owned condition - I can feel just a slight roughness on some edges, but there are NO visible chips, cracks or repairs.
