I am not an expert on Lenox - I know there are many different marks. This seems to be a dark green printed mark, with "Made in the USA" in a straight line rather than an arc. There were no condition issues I noticed visually. Running my fingers along the edges, there is maybe a small chip or flakes on one of the bumps, as shown in the final photos. This would be the middle point on the leaf along one side.
