Description: This vintage dull very heavy satin wedding gown from the late 1960s/early 1970s exudes a mod/go-go vibe or could be worn in a boho style depending on shoes and accessories chosen. It features an empire waistline, zipper back entry, and is covered in lace trim with heavy beading of faux pearls and crystals. They don't make beauties like this anymore. It is a couture gown, and is quite heavy, it would be better for a Fall or Winter wedding. The dress is a size small (0-4) with a chest size of 35" and a waist of 28.5" at the empire cut (I was not able to fully zip it closed in the photos, as my mannequin was too large for the dress). The sleeves measure 18.5" from armpit to end of cuff, while the shoulders are 13.75" wide. The dress measures 58" from shoulder to hem. This gown has been previously worn and loved, but is in good vintage condition. It will need a trip to the cleaners prior to the big day. Along the hemline, there are marks along the edge, I tried cleaning it up a bit, but it needs a professional's attention. The dress could always be shortened slightly if the mark does not come out completely. It is a stunning dress because of the beading work! This original piece is perfect for a vintage-loving bride or anyone looking for a unique and stylish wedding gown.
