Description: Want dramatic? Here it is. This large Gothic pendant lantern is a conversation piece. This sort of light is extremely hard to find, and this one is in very good condition with all new wiring, and it was disassembled and cleaned inside and out. We even polished the chain.The lantern is made of heavy steel and glass and is built to last. Inside you'll find four standard sockets. The chain is heavy gauge steel with four lengths leading to a witch's cap chain spreader. Don't believe the canopy is original to the light. Condition is good. There are some white paint specs, none detracting and mostly on top where you can't see. Also some finish loss as expected with age. Estimated era is 1930-1940. Drop length: 66"29" of chain so you could shorten the drop by several feet if desired.
