Description: Vintage Ernie the Keebler Elf Ceramic Bank. It is a cold paint and some of the paint is flaking off--it could easily be repainted. Measures 11" high and is 5" wide. There is no stopper on the base. There are no chips, cracks, or breaks. Most of the items that I sell are antique or vintage as as such they do show signs of patina, use, and age. That only adds to the character that so many collectors desire. If there are any major issues or defects, I try to describe them to the best of my ability and as accurately as possible.
