Description: A used Huffy Wheel, Rail, Slingshot, Cheater Slick or Judge Drag Brake or 5-Speed shifter. The shifter is the same unit for both the drag brake on the Huffy Wheel and the 5-Speed Shifter on the Huffy Rail etc. This shifter hasn't been cleaned or detailed and has some rust on the front and on the back clamp. With a soaking in Evaporust and some polishing the parts would be much better. The handle has some hazing on it, but looks like it will shine up well with some polish. The shifter includes the original shift knob but it has some marks on one side that look like they are from pliers. The knob can be sanded though and these may sand and polish off. Note that I only have the shifter mechanism for sale, but I do have the plastic Control Console that mounts over the shifter in another listing. Perfect for a mint original bike or for your best restoration. Please email me with any questions.
