Description: Offered here is a Vintage Hooked Rug With Various Flowers on Original Burlap and Frame Cloth. The rug itself is approximately 24" X 40", the rug with burlap is approximately 29" X 44" and there is up to foot or more of muslin cloth extending from the the burlap. This was found in the same old farmhouse that we have been listing from [which has been vacant since 1979] - I have laundered it once on a quick cycle. The most recent resident of the farm house was a lady who graduated from the Pratt Institute in NYC in 1931 [I have her yearbook listed separately]. This was believed to have been made by her. I have a couple of other handmade rugs listed separately. Nice! Will be shipped folded in plastic, boxed with delivery confirmation.
