It must have turned out many assured and self confident great chefs. The Norman Table is a book that is hard to part with. Having lived and traveled throughout that region of France these foods are very dear to me. The recipes are generally pretty hard to find. It alone is worth the price of all the books combined. RARE. You will never find this combination any where else.
