The chair became immensely popular and was dubbed "The Chair". The chair has it's original patinated oak finish, the seat fabric and foam have been replaced with a chocolate wool mohair from Donghia. The chair is stampled on the inside rail "Johannes Hansen / Copenhagen / Denmark". The approximate dimensions of the chair are: 30 1/2 inches tall, 25 inches wide, 20 3/4 inches deep.
