This is an original hand painted screen used setup from the 1970s groovie goolies animated series. This happens to be from the Warner Brothers crossover episode. Daffy duck porky pig and the gang make a guest appearance on the show. This piece comes on a scene matching hand-painted background AND is actually signed by the legend Virgil Ross. Virgil worked for Warner Bros in the early days of animation. Later in his career he spent a year at filmation studios. This Warner Brothers crossover special was made during his time at filmation studios . Virgil did a great deal of work involving other Merry melodies and Looney tunes characters such as Daffy duck Yosemite Sam Tweety Bird and many others. This could have very well been signed during his time at the studio in the early '70s.
