Featuring a boat struggling to sail on a stormy sea, it is unsigned, but marked NATIONAL GALLERY with a logo as shown. Paper has a green gray tone, which gives the image a darker, more threatening feel - I'm certain with a bit of research, the artist could be found, but I didn't have any luck. Condition of the image is excellent with no damage - original wood frame has a hint of wear - back paper has separated on three sides, but all tiny nails are still in place.
