It is in overall very good to near excellent condition. It has been previously displayed and handled and comes without its original packaging (box). On the underside there is what appears to be a sticker stain mark which when present might have stated "Made in Gt. Britain" as I've seen on other Baekgaard paperweights or "Comoy's of London", a company that has been in business in London since 1870. This nicely well crafted work of art with its inspirational message is vintage but because it's perfect condition and lack of history data, it is hard to date. It is assumed to be circa mid century but could be circa 1970's -'80s based on the presumed makers histories.Please look over photos carefully as they are part of description, do your own research based on the photos and ask questions before bidding.
