Heavy cardboard outer shell and insert both have a thick paper cover, wood inside lining and a glass top. Square with rounded front edge, measures approx. 7" front to back, 8 1/4" side edge to edge (measured on underside, 2 1/2" tall. In good original condition no cracks, splits or repairs. There are imperfections that include scratches, scuffs, a few spots and ink smudges, bubbles on sides near front ends, back corner has a chip paper is peeling up, cloth pull tab is frayed.Even though case has imperfections it is in original condition and would make a great addition to any collection.
