Description: really cool dietz monarch railroad lantern, cap to the base is missing, bottom is quite rusty but not all the way through. about 13 inches tall (not including the handle) globe is marked, 'dietz syracuse, ny usa on one side - other side is marked 'fitzall log-nob ? regd. u.s. pat. off.' important: i just did notice 2 tiny holes in the bas, under the letters 'o and n and a' in the word monarch. plz plz plz be aware of that! the holes are about the size of a tip of a pencil. i can send close ups if you'd like. diameter of base is approx 6.5 inches. weighs just over 2lbs.
